





The transparent, deliberately low-key GM stand concept at the Shanghai 2005 motor show reflected General Motors’ clear and direct communication to its customers.
Glass panels in typical GM blue served as central design and communications elements. So-called “TechnoLabs” showed technical exhibits on subjects such as “alternative power plants” for example and were personally explained by experts. These “TechnoLabs” enabled direct communication between experts and visitors and were received with a lively response from the public.
