Opel – Frankfurt Motor Show

The goal of Opel’s 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show participation was a brand staging that conveys positive energy, is fun and is humorous. “Opel is the heaven on earth “ – a stand concept with a wink.
This “Heaven on earth” consisted in the spatial implementation of blue, dynamically curved sails that appeared to float through a flowing light show. Yellow illuminated columns symbolise stylised rays of sunshine and water features created a link between “heaven” and visitor level.
The focus of a show consisting of music, film and water animation was the world premiere – the new Astra Twin Top – on the glittering water surface of a fountain. The highlight of the presentation was formed by five musicians. They caused the silhouettes on the rear wall and the fountain around the Astra Twin Top to dance.
